Conditions
Period: During July and August, the apartment is rented weekly from Saturday to Saturday. For other months, any period is OK.
Procedure: First, fill the form on this site. Then will etablish a renting contract. A deposit sum of 20% is paid at this time. The balance sum (80%) is paid 2 weeks before the stay at latest (because we can't manage payment in Honfleur), together with a guarantee sum of 300 euros. This guarantee sum will be fully refunded after the stay, except of course in case of degradation. For payments, we recommend credit card (through Paypal system) because it is cheaper, faster and the guaranty can be returned without debit. We can also manage french check, and transfer (with relatively high transfer charges).
Cleaning: The apartment is given in clean conditions, and should be returned in the same clean conditions. In particular rooms should be cleaned, garbage should be removed, used clothes should be washed,... It is also possible to request room cleaning to Mrs Hessenauer. Please ask her directly for the fare.
Sheets: Sheets and pillow covers are not included. Please bring them with you or buy them on the spot (Champion supermarket for instance).
Water and electricity: These charges are included in the renting price, as long as they are reasonable. The tenant should ensure before leaving that main water tap and general electricity are shut.
Smoking: Sorry, the apartment is non-smoking. Come to Honfleur for a good fresh air, and forget the cigarette for a while...
Taxe de séjour (Regional stay tax): It is included in the renting price.
